Worried HIV, testing

I've posted here before a few weeks ago.
I had anal sex and my condom slipped, it was with a sex worker. So I guess that put me at risk.
I've test more than plenty of times I think. I test at 4, 6,10,12  with 4th generation test and all came back negative.
I was still feeling worried so at the 16 week mark I got another 4th generation test at labcorp and it came back negative. Now my concern is that I'm at 5 months after exposure and I got pain and a small lump under my armpit, one day at my left side and then In a few days I got another one at my right side which is more noticeable. Idk if it's a lymph node of not, I had really bad pain in my knees for a week and then it went away by its self.
My question are if I'm not a drug user and haven't had any serious medical condition or havent had chemo or anything like that, can I be bearly making antibodies ?
I'm a 21 year man, that only had that one risk sex encounter
I'm really worried about the symptoms I'm feeling and that they are related to HIV.
Any comments will be appreciated thanks

Hello,
There are many other medical conditions that mimic HIV symptoms. However the test dont lie.
About the antibodies, your 21 years old and your immune system is very strong and responsive. If you had been infected with HIV your body would had produced enough antibodies at 4 weeks post exposure.
A test done after 90 days is 100% conclusive. You donot need to worry. You dont have HIV im 100% sure.
People aged more than 40 or 45 have to get tested at 6 month mark as their immune system becomes weak. You donot need to take stress.
Go to a GP. However lymph nodes may develop due to some viral or bacterial infection. If they dont go away in 1 month then go to a GP.

Your 12 week and 16 week test are conclusive you dont have HIV.
Next time use latex condom and refrain from sex with the person you dont know.

Stay safe.

Thanks for your advice, I guess stress is taking over.
I'll go to my gp if my swollen lymph node doesn't go away with a few weeks
Great.
Stay safe.

As you were previously advised, your 12 week test was conclusive.  There is no need to continue testing, and whatever symptoms you are experiencing are not due to HIV.  You do NOT have HIV.
