Going to hell

Hi...I freaking out here.Anyone please help me.I had vaginal sex with a sex worker 40 days ago.I wore a condom but It was broken when I ejaculated.I was very tensed from there on and always in very much anxiety for the last few weeks.I had rarely slept in night for a few weeks. From the 26th day of the exposure I was  feeling pain or you can say muscle tension in the left shoulder joint.Sometimes I felt pulsing pain in my left shoulder joint. This pain lasted for 8 days and then gone.I felt some fatigue for two-three days in same time.I had no fever, no sore throat, lymph nodes .Could be the muscle pain is a cause of hiv? Please help me.I am going to die.

You wouldn't even know if symptoms were related to ARS until AFTER someone tests positive.

I know that sign and symptoms are not the way to diagnose hiv? But if they are there  what will be the effect on the body of the child in early weeks?

There is no way to diagnose HIV by symptoms and I'm sure you read it on this forum over and over again.

ARS comes at 2-4 weeks after exposure and last from 1-2 weeks.  it comes ALL AT ONCE...and leaves ALL AT ONCE.  it is NOT a gradual thing!!!!!

you have already been told that the pain in your shoulder has nothing to do with hiv.

Hi there,

HIV is diagnosed through a blood test, not through signs and symptoms, do not scared yourself with it.

Your risk is very low in this incident.  Go for a HIV test earliest 1 month after exposure and retest at the 3rd month for a conclusive result.
