is a HIV 2 DNA/RNA Qualitative Real Time PCR good for detecting HIV 2 and HIV 1 or just 2? i mean i dont know why they would just test me for HIV 2 if thats uncommon in the U.S? so would i have to go test again for an HIV 1 DNA/RNA?

You don't have HIV you have a conclusive negative test result. You'll get the same response here. MOVE ON. Use condoms correctly and consistently and you'll stay negative.

It has to be followed up with an antibody test at 3 months post exposure. All you did was waste your money and time. PCR-DNA are not approved diagnostic tests.
