The way adults get HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles. That's really it. If you've only had oral sex, then you will not have HIV. While there is a 'theoretical risk', this does not translate to cases of HIV proven to be from oral sex. Air inactivates the virus and saliva inactivates the virus. So, you do not need to worry. However, if you do have sex, be sure to use a condom.
