HIV 1 RNA test result interpretation question.

Just got back test results from Quest Diagnostics and they are unavailable to me today.  Hoping someone can help me understand a specific result on the test.

The test name is HIV 1 RNA, QL TMA .   There are 3 categories:  In Range   Out of Range  Reference Range.

In Range is bold and in black.  Out of Range is in bold and in blue.   Reference Range is bold and in black.

Below  the In Range category is:  Not Detected.  Below the Out of Range category is empty, nothing written.  Below the Reference Range category is:  Not Detected.

Not sure why the color difference in the Out of Range category and why nothing is listed below it.   My concern is that a test for HSV 2 IGG Type Specific AB is listed in blue and in the positive range.  Those are the only 2 in blue.

Does anyone know how to interpret the HIV 1 RNA, QL TMA test?

I understand the time constraints on exposure and this particular test.  Looking for an understanding of the Out of Range category.
