One of my friend had condom failure with CSW and his 4th gen ELISA test is Non reactive on 29 days. Is there any chance that it will turn positive after 42 or 90 days?
Your friend should post their own situation for themselves.  You were told that your previous exposures were no risk which then should indicate if anxiety would get out of the way that NO test would ever be positive as you can't get hiv.

So, if to believed you are 'asking for a friend' and they had an actual condom break (not they think or they might have), a 4th generation test taken at day 29 will not change. He should feel confident he does not have hiv.
