HIV 4th generation tests window period and conclusive results

There is a lot of sources which says different things about the window period of a 4th gen. HIV test , so i'm still not get it. So my question is:
A test labelled as "HIV-1/HIV2 Antigen (P24) /Antibody" is the same of a test "HIV DUO"?
An individual with a negative result at 7 weeks (precisely 52  days) with  "HIV-1/HIV2 Antigen (P24) /Antibody" 4th generation, could become positive at the 12 weeks?
Should continue testing me?

Backgroud:

Some weeks ago I had an intercourse with a girl who I didn't know her status. It was vaginal protected sex. Some time after, i got some symptoms like   saw throat, weakness and other, so I started to worry about this, and develop anxiety.

A p24 test will look for antigen p24 which appears 4 weeks after the infection.

A combo looks for that p24 but also for antibodies, which take 3-12 to appear.

Both of these tests are accurate 28 days after the exposure.

If you go for a simple antibody test (finger-prick) it will take up to 12 weeks to be 100% accurate.

7 weeks after the exposure, the test you said you used will be completely accurate. But I must tell you that with the intercourse you had there was not even need to test, as it was protected and condom didn't break.

All the best.
