I’m a female who had sex with a guy with condoms. I didn’t give him a blow job but I did lick his balls. A few days after I had sore throat and a high fever. What are the chances that it’s HIV?

Since you had no risk for HIV from what you describe, it is not hiv either. Keep that in mind. Hope you feel better soon
Not possible u r 100%safe can never happen virus doesn't survive outside the air and your salvia is a good anhibitor
