HIV Concern

I hope you can assist me and give light to my situation.

I'm from the Philippines, August 19 2015, after going out from the bar, I visited a massage saloon with some friends, and the CSW did a body to body massage with some body oil, after a while, she offered me to have sex with her, I was not able to do so because I was not hard enough instead we had oral sex (receiving and giving)-First time doing this with a CSW ( I dont know if it is relevant), I believe when I lick and suck her vagina there was some massage oil (I think). a week or maybe 10 days after I had a severe sore throat, visited the ENT, gave me antibiotics buts seems not working, after 2 days, then visited ENT again, then I change to another antibiotic, Two week after, the sore throat went away, I am not sure whether from the antibiotics meds or simply viral infection. yesterday I had my HIV antibody test taken because its mandatory for a possible new job, today got the results shows HIV-. Unforetunately I just wonder on the internet and search what causes severe throat and swollen lymph nodes in the neck. HIV is one of them, now I am very much worried that my test yesterday might be a false negative.

Is it possible I got HIV infection from oral sex (receiver and giver).

Please need your help and advice.

Thank you.
