HIV Concerns

Hello all, I have been feeling very concerned, I've had unprotected sex with three woman, the first was in June 2014, and the second two were in June 2015. I was fine after having sex with the first two woman, but after I had sex with the third one it took a  turn for the worst. The next day after I had sex, I woke up and I felt weak and tired, I also had diarrhea, headaches and started feeling nauseous. All of these symptoms occurred for a week after i had sex, currently this week the weakness and tiredness has gone away but I have small red bumps on the tip of my tongue, oral thrush and bumps on the back of my tongue. There's also tingling in my finger tips and on my feet and I'm also hearing alot of rumbling in my stomach. I know that I should get tested but I read that it isn't delectable until 2 months or so. Is it possible that I had been contracted the disease from the two prior woman and was asymptomatic and the third woman sped up the HIV process? Please keep the answers 100% truthful, I am willing to pay the consequences of stupid actions!

Update: The only symptoms I have after 2 weeks and some days are joint aches and it feels like I have diarrhea and when I go to use the bathroom, it's only a fart. I still have a white coated tongue and my nose itches lol, the tingling in my feet is moderate and happens every once in a while.

Get support from friends while waiting out the window period. And stop googling you may see a symptom and over react. Try to stay mellow till you get your result. Ask the support of family and friends.
Thanks again for your timely response.

Unprotected sex carries a risk. And it would be prudent to have a full std test. Hope all will be well with you. Have a test done at 4-6 weeks post exposure. 4th gen 28/days, 3rd gen 6 weeks
