Excited dog scratching risk

Hello I’m a mother with ocd and hiv phobia and my child recently has become the theme of my ocd and hiv phobia … the dogs were excited to see new people and jumping up licking scratching them now the dog within a second turns around and scratches in the child… can this be a risk ?  What if the person getting scratched has infection with high viral load ?
