The chlorine has nothing to do with anything. You can't get HIV from a band-aid...even if you had put it directly on top of a cut you had,.

If you take worse case and say the band aid had blood on it and it came in contact with my hands after a few seconds , does that change anything? Just concerned as my son may have touched it as well. Just a little conned as there was a good chance the the band aid could have had blood on it.
