HIV I & II (ELISA) 0.08

SIR, I taken the test result : HIV I & II (ELISA) 0.08  REACTIVE > 0.500, NON-REACTIVE<0.150. LET ME THE WHAT IS MEANING OF THIS NUMBERS? COULD I AFFECTED WITH HIV? OR MILDLY? pls help.

If you cannot find a DUO test, take the same test you already took at 6-8 weeks past your exposure.

No, believe me.  I am well aware at some parts around the world being a bit behind with the testing technology.  Remember, the CDC only began recommending the use of them in America last year.  I did not say it would be an easy task finding a 4th gen. test, just that he should consider one ( If available of course ).

People in India is finding difficulty to get 4th gen test in hospitals.( Almost none of the hospitals are doing 4th gen test).

There are many private labs are doing 4th gen test, i send the details to your private message , get the test done and be safe next time as James said.

Like I have told you, ask for a 4th generation test at 28 days.  That is all the advice we can give you.  That, and also wearing condoms for intercourse.

Where are you from? You can simply ask 4th gen test.

Take a 4th Generation test, which looks for Antigens and Antibodies at 28 days past your exposure for a conclusive result.

Not protected, it's have hiv cell ? or after 28 days result only final? or can take the one more HIV I & II (ELISA) test in another medical lab? Please help.

sir, I had intercourse 03rd May 2015,the report taken 18th May 2015 (16days). My age 34years old. let me know, no problem  to get the marriage ? I'm going to get married. can I take any more another test or could I wait for marriage. Please advice me I am confused,  can go to meet any doctors regarding to more test required.

What was your exposure? when you have taken the test? If you have taken at the right time , your negative , there is nothing called mildly affected .
