Gay sex and he was bleeding, HIV risk

Hi all, I just came back from Asia yesterday. I had protected sex with a 20yo guy I met online who claimed to be negative two days ago. First I used a rather short condom which barely fit, second, when I pulled out from his anus to check if the condom was intact, it was but I saw blood on it. Also two days prior to that incident I topped two other strangers in gay sauna with condoms and received bjs from maybe two other guys. All these happened in 3 consecutive nights and condoms were stuck in their anus with the ring(the band) dangling outside when I pulled out. Should I begin PEP? I really regret it and have never felt the guilt. Please advise thanks.

Only the head needs protection because it enters through the urethra and since you saw the ring dangling outside then the head was protected. So you had no risk, thankfully.
