HIV RISK HELP

Hi,

I am 28 year old gay male from England.
I met another guy with unknown status and had anal sex I was the receptive partner.

Although it was protected,  I realised that he had ejaculated and had still continued I’m not sure for how much longer but a few minutes I’m assuming. Would this cause the condom to leak his penis was still erect but not fully. Also when he pulled out I realised streaks off blood on the condom would this increase my chance of HIV?

Thanks

I'm glad you had protected sex as it was therefore, safe from HIV. The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drugs.  You were protected with the condom even with the extra details you added.  As long as the head of your penis was covered, you were safe.  No risk.

I clearly stated I was the receptive / bottom partner so how would my penis be protected? It was inserted in my anus. I am at risk a for bleeding b, for him continuing to have sex after he ejaculated
Yes, but a condom was used.  SO, that condo protected you fully.  That the person's urethra was  covered means YOU were not at risk.
Yeah but the semen could of leaked out no
No, semen does not leak.  There is a band at bottom.  Your anxiety is running away with you here.  You had zero risk from this encounter.
