HIV RISK?

Hello dear audience and doctors,
I had a protected vaginal intercourse with an escort about 4 months ago. Throughout whole experience I used latex condom and it didn't break. Additionally we used water based lubricant. However, after our job was done I checked condom and see some drops of bloods on it and immediately went to bathroom and washed my genital area with soap( I even used some anticeptics for my genital area, I know it is harmful for genital skin but I did because of panic ). Anyway I also checked the condom and there was no leakage, my skin was just fine(no scars/scar tissues  or no open wounds ). My main concern is my penis was not fully erected before I put he condom and I removed the condom easily after penetration.
I also asked the woman I had sex with if she has hiv or not but she said she is %100 fine and she had period during that time ( she thought her period was over a day ago ).
Now am I at risk? or is it a risky intercourse?
I already talked to my doctor about this but sometimes I check my body and search for symptoms. I'm literally not focused on my life and I always think about it. What should I do? What are my chances of contracting hiv?

Always a little disconcerting to find blood but it is meaningless.  All that needs to be covered in order to protect you adequately from acquiring hiv is the head of your penis.  If it was covered, you are all good and won't get HIV.  HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  That is it.  So, you had zero risk and should not worry about HIV at all from this exposure.
