HIV Risk due to boils in the groin area

Hi, I had sex with escort in India with two condoms on for consecutive 2 days. Had a very rough sex with her. While having sex, I had a couple of big boils on my groan area. Just want to know is there chain of her vaginal fluid to come in contact with my open boils and get HIV risk. I am very worried.  Please let me know should I get tested. Started having rashes in my palms and having soar throat after 7 weeks of exposure.

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

As you will note, vaginal fluid on boils (or any cuts or sores) is not a risk for HIV.  Since you had no risk, there is no need to test for HIV since you cannot have HIV.
