HIV Risk with Blood involved

Hello,

I met a woman online, I'm sure she has multiple partners, and we proceeded to engage in intercourse. After we finished I noticed that there was a little bit of what looked like dried blood on the base of my penis and when I pulled the condom off I noticed that there was some blood inside the condom towards the top. Turns out that she had just started her period. I assume the blood got inside the condom midway through intercourse when I rolled the condom down even more. Immediately after this I jumped in the shower and rinsed off with soap and applied alcohol to the area just in case. Am I at risk for HIV? Could any of the blood have gotten into my urethra, perhaps as I was taking the condom off? I have gotten increasingly worried about this over the past day. The incident happened 48 hours ago.

Thank you

I don't remember seeing blood on my urethra, my only concern is if any could have gotten in as I was taking the condom off. The woman herself actually is an escort. Based off of this would you say I am a candidate for PEP?

No risk as long as the urethra is covered.
