HIV Risk??

I recently attended a medical clinic in the Middle East where, as part of visa procedures foreigners need to undergo HIV/Hepatitis blood testing.  After I had the test, I realised that I did not see the nurse change her gloves.  What are the chances of being infected from this??

Would this be the case even if the gloves had been worn for a long time by the nurse and they had drawn blood from many different people?  When having a blood test, would the chosen site be like an open wound which if touched could get infected?
