HIV STI Possible Risk. Please respond

Dear MedHelp Experts,

I'm 22 years old hetero male who recently done a reckless activity. On 15 April, i visited a massage parlor which in turn providing erotic massage! Anyway, I'm naked and the lady who massage me was mostly wearing underwear covering below waist but not for top body part. I don't know her HIV status so that's the main concern all of this forum question thread about.

There are several questions related to HIV and other STI's that i want to address to you (expert in hiv and STI's), please answer my question honestly so that i can face upon my situation.

1) I was vigorously touch her breast and play with it with no possible breast milk (as i remember) and received penis - breast massage with my pre cum on it. Can i contract HIV or any other STI's if my precum were somehow touch her breast milk or other (although i don't recall her to have breast milk) in this penis - breast contact ?

2) She also do what it so called as frottage as she was rubbing her vagina with underwear on (double underwear i recall it) to my bare penis as i was naked. Assume she has vaginal fluids on her underwear and pre cum on my penis, can this be a way of HIV or STI's to be transmitted (although i'm sure that she wear her underwear so her vagina doesn't touch my penis directly)? Is it possible to transmit infected fluids one to another via wet underwear or clothing?

3) At the end we both came out by our own as she was masturbating herself while i do myself, but the thing is, she come out first with possible vaginal fluids on her hand and then directly touch my nipples and other body part except my penis because i was still doing my thing. Also i use the same hand of mine that may exposed to some degree of her vaginal fluids due to rubbing her pubic hair area or breast milk (if any) when i massage her breast to do my things. Is it possible to contract or transmit HIV or any other STI's from this incident as my hand were possibly exposed to vaginal fluids and used to do my "own" thing?

There are no penetrative sex intercourse or oral during this exposure, only the things that i explained above occurs.

4) Starting from 2 days after exposure and running until now, i had a mild sore throat with some kind of tingling sensation and dry skin. I don't know it is due to anxiety or it is ARS? Do i need to test for HIV and any other STI's? I've been recently conduct a urine test to screen from bacteria and my Doc say that I'm negative for any bacterial infections such gonnore and clamydia but is it safe enough to say I'm free from that now?

I want to apologize if my questions were asked many times before but I just want to relieve some of my stress due to this concern and sorry if I'm to explicit when explaining my concern.

Thank You Doc!

hiv is transmitted through…

unprotected vaginal / anal PENETRATION
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

CLEARLY you can see that you had NO risk.  nothing that you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.

Thanks for the quick response lizzy!

Alright so now i get it that no penetration during the exposure equal NO RISK for hiv transmission. However how about the other STI's that i mention about? Sorry for asking you again and this will fully answered my concern and i will happily accept it.

Thank you

I appreciate any respond on this one, please allow me to post just one follow up question and I will stop posting until I learn more about HIV and STI's.

2 weeks after this exposure, i've conduct an antibody HIV test by CMIA method (don't know the generation) and come back with non-reactive 0.15 index along with a negative VDRL and TPHA test.

Now my question is how reliable and assuring my CMIA 2 weeks test in determining my status? If my previous symptom is indeed related to ARS then my HIV antibody will be detected right at this test, so does that mean my symptoms wasn't HIV related and it is something else?

Thank You MedHelp!

Yeah I get it Teak! I just try to assure my self since I was quite anxious about it. Just wonder what does the test tell about my status right now and about my ARS symptoms. Appreciate if you can elaborate these things for me although I predict that no risk equals to no testing needed is your response but who knows :)

Just an update and some follow up questions dear Medhelp HIV experts,

Yesterday is 6th weeks after the exposure and I decide to go for a HIV test again since there was some symptoms that made anxious. So 6th week HIV test along with syphillis VDRL and TPHA test are both Non Reactive 0.18 (CMIA Antibody) for Anti HIV and negative for both VDRL and TPHA test.

My concern is that I notice in the 5 to 6 weeks after the incident, my body develop a lump just below my right ear that is tender and not hurt. I don't know whether it is a swollen lymph node (because I'm not an expert and I don't understand the anatomy of human lymph nodes) or just non-worrying lump. It certainly are more than half centimeter.
Another concern is that in my right arm antecubital space, I develop some sort of rash. While the redness of the rash has slowly fading, it turns to be very dry and flaky skin.

Also I just want to ask the accuracy of the 6th week Antibody HIV test, in your opinion does my 6th week non reactive test result is good enough or should I wait for another 6 weeks which will be the 3 months mark to do a test again?

Thank You for your time reading my post and appreciate any responds on this one!!

Well Teak, my last post is like a month ago and in between I don't come back for flooding the forum with additional question or comment so I don't feel that I'm posting excessively but that's okay, you're the forum expert and moderator which I respect and comply to. Thanks for your warning because from what you post in your warning section it seems that i have a conclusively negative results and a no risk situation. I'll appreciate that eventhough your information is reflected in the form of warning.

Thank you Teak!
