HIV/STI symptoms???

Hi, I just want to know if headaches, stomach aches and a swollen lip can be indication of ARS or other sexually transmitted infection. First two symptoms started like a month after possible exposure on and off for like a week or two, then i get a swollen lip, allergies probably? but i don't think so, I haven't done anything differently or eating anything new.
It's been 2 months and 11 days after last possible exposure, still waiting to get my two tests at three months.

Please help me.

Hi there,
I'm HIV poz I had no are and most people I know with HIV didn't either.
The headaches could very well be caused by stress, I best your worrying to bits about it. The lip thing, I think you have just come into contact with something either on a drinks can, cup, glass or on your food, stomach ache can be are but its usually transient and lasts a few days, the major ones to watch for is the rash, persistent diahorea and severe night sweats lasting two weeks or more. All of those symptoms can be causes by any number of bugs not just HIV and stress doesn't help either...
my earliest symptom was a severe sore throat where I had to get my tonsils out. Ten yes later I have a son a husband a job I just ran a half marathon and I have a great social life plus my viral loads are coming back undetectable. I've never gotten I'll more than a cold I'd say I'm healthier than my non poz friends.
Keep your chin up, your going to be OK!
Please feel free to inbox me Amy concerns and I'll get back to you....
Take care
