HIV Scare

About 7 and a half weeks ago i was with a sex worker and my condom broke. About 3 and a half weeks after that i became very, very scared that i may have gotten something, specifically HIV, then the next day i started feeling like my throat was a little tight for a few days, then some minor chest pain and some lower back pain ( both not all the time), i got tested with a rapid blood test at about 4 weeks, one from blood drawn at 5 weeks, and I did an oraquick test today at 7 and a half weeks, all were negative. I started having kind of a dry mouth and throat which isn't always sore or always dry, two mole like things appeared on my right breast, and two small red bumps on the back of my left knee, my GP thinks the mole things and red bumps on the back of my knee arent serious. Then i started to and have been since examining my mouth and whole body very closely, i think that the top of my tongue looks kind of white but not always and brushing it or scraping it helps that but no bleeding or pain and nothing comes off. Two days ago I noticed two tiny black dots (barely bigger than tip of a pen) on the back of my mouth to the left of my tongue and they dont hurt and i cant feel them at all, a doctor at planned parenthood seems to think they are nothing serious. I also have a firm lump in my right butt cheek that I could feel a long time before all of this (like a year maybe), but now its red there and hurts only a little and seems like its closer to the surface than before, I'm not sure if its because I messed with it and squeezed it a bit more than i would have before or not. I have another appointment with my GP on Sept. 10th and ill get tested again then. I'm very scared, if anyone can tell me anything please do. I also had an HIV test that was done when I went to MEPS for the military on July 30th which is at about 3 weeks and two days, not sure but i think they use the ELISA test. All tests have been negative so far but i cant shake my fear.

Nothing you spoke about is related to HIV.

Low risk from a condom break, test unlikely to change.
