HIV TEST BY USAID APPROVED RELIABLE AND CONCLUSION?

Dear Dr.H. Hunter Handsfield,

Attached is the link for USAID approved rapid test kit which i used for self test at home. The product is use is Ez-Trust from line 22 from nexus lab singapore.

https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/1864/approved-rapid-hiv-aids-test-kits-october-2015.pdf

Sir,

I am asian Male from Malaysia and 2 years ago i was exposed unprotected vagina sex less than a minute a massage parlour from Indonesia. I did 3 tests on 4 week, 12 weeks and 24 weeks and return negative result using rapid test ez-trust rapid test from global nexus. It is a 3rd generation hiv test using blood sample from your finger prick.

Then, last month  i am stupid went to the service massage center and having sex with a massage parlour from indonesia. It was unprotected oral sex ( 1 minute) + protected vagina sex with double condom. Start to finish the condom remains intact.

Last 2 years ago after my exposed, i'm getting symtomps like a skin rash but its not itchy but its under skin layer but almost not seen on my back, shoulder and chest. Its scattered and very mild spot 2 weeks after exposure).
I wasn't sure it a skin rash or eczema since my skin is quite sensitive. (I am fair skin person).

Now, i am having a fever blister on my below border lips size 3mm and was gone after 14 days. Am i cathing a herpes simplex 1 from deep kiss? Can it later become HSV2? This is the 2nd outbreak after a year ago.*(remain the same spot)

I also have small size of thumb nail psoriasis on my left knee which also very mild.(*remain the same spot and size).
Are these symtomps i am catching any STDs or HIV early stage?

By the way, can i assume  test kit APPROVED by USAID as reliable for my case?
Now i am avoiding having sex with my wife since my stupid action went to the massage center.
Its already a month from the latest exposure, i am awaiting for another 2 month to do my test using ez-trust rapid test. Hopefully the result negative and i will do a lab test (BP Lab) on 6 months mark before we plan to have a new baby.

Sir, does it enough by realy on secreening test (3rd gen approved by USAID) enough for me as conclusion?

Thanks.

Thanks for your comment sleeplessnight34.

From this link:

It is USAID approved product that I used (Ez-Trust CS Innovations) and the product list is from a legal website form USAID. In my country (Malaysia) most of our goverment clinics performing almost the same method which rapid test as i use now but not sure which brand.

As alternative i may choose private LAB test which use Duo/ Combo 4th generation rapid test.

Your negative at 12 weeks for your first exposure was conclusive.

As for your second unprotected oral encounter, you had no risk and don't need testing for it.

Most rapids tests pretty much work in the same way and are reliable. The home-testing kits that the CDC approves are Home access and Oraquick. To check the reliability of a particular brand it's better to talk to someone in your country/city.But,If you took the test at a clinic, then you have no worries and don't need to avoid sex with your wife.
