Hi guys, this forum is excellent thank you for this!

A week ago I had an oral encounter with a lady that I don’t know very well. She gave me a bj for about 5 minutes. We kissed for about 10mins and I sucked her breast, I’m pretty sure there were no blood and or milk present anytime. I’m not sure if she had cuts in her mouth while giving me a bj, but I do bite my inner lip, so I may well had cuts inside my lip while kissing her.

I asked her to do a Biosure home HIV rapid finger prick test and she did, it came back negative. She said the last sexual interaction she had was about 8 weeks ago, she only gave the guy a bj. I’m not sure if she’s lying to me, lets assume the worst that she had unprotected intercourse.

Please be honest with me, is there any chance of me getting HIV in this situation taking everything into account? If there is a slight risk please tell me. Do I need testing??

Thank you

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
You wasted your time having her take a test because of your encounter, so nothing else to say about that.

Thank you for this I really appreciate it!! But just a last question, so I don’t need any testing, are you 100% sure? And is her test conclusive?
You are not going to be the very first person in history to get HIV from any of the activities you mentioned.  NO testing needed.  It doesn't matter if her test is conclusive or not - even if she has HIV, you cannot contract it from her from the activities you mentioned.  If she is concerned about the accuracy of her test, she can ask a doctor.
Thanks again for you comments. Just to confirm, what you said is backed up by Doctors and evidence? It isn’t just opnions?
Opinion
We rely on the opinion of expert doctors, so the advice is really theirs. You can move on from hiv.
Thanks again ANM, all the best for everyone on this site.
