Possible infection?

Hi I had an incident about 3 weeks ago and I had a flu a week ago.  I was having fingering and varginal intercourse.  I had condom on.  However, I found out after the intercourse that the girl just had period which my hands and condom was spotted with minimal amount of blood.  Afterward, I instantly washed off all blood stains.  I checked that i don't have any cuts on my hands and the condom was on correctly.  I also checked that there are no blood stains on my penis.  Would it be possible that this may cause HIV infection?

Even with the blood stains on my hands I should be alright?  because I got some sort of white dots, ulcer like on my 3 of my fingers about 3-4 days after.  one of them were painful and disappeared in a week after. the other 2 white dots still remain.
