HIV ans STD anxiety - gay male - doctors and friends please help

Hi doctors and friends.
I am a gay male, 20 years old.
Just 10 hours ago, I had sex with a guy that I met from grindr. On his profile, he stated that he is HIV negative and was tested in March 2018.
We had protected anal sex and he performed unprotected oral sex to me.
I was the bottom one and he was the top, for the protected anal sex.
Thanks to the experts and people in this forum so that I know, unprotected oral sex is considered as safe sex. Therefore, I do not really worry about my unprotected oral exposure.
However, for the anal sex, although it was protected, I now worry about one thing.  He ejaculated inside the condom when he was still inside me, I was on top of him sitting and he was kinda laying down facing me. My concern is that, in this case, could the pre cum or sperm leaked from the base of the condom (since he was laying down and I was on top of him in the 'sitting' position)? I really worry about this. Did I put myself on risk? Additionally, it took him (I am not sure but roughly) 30-40 seconds to take out his condom protected penis out from my ***. Right after this, I took out the condom but I could not really inspect the possible 'leak from the base of the condom', in addition, the room was also dark. The condom did not break and it did not have any tear.
Please doctors and friends, advice me. Did I just put myself in HIV other STD risk? Was it still considered as safe sex? Should I take PEP in this case?
Thank you.
I really hope fast responses on my question.

Well if you did say he was negative for HIV then you shouldn't be worried in the first place. With or without condom, a negative partner does not come with transmission. You're fine as long as you're confident with your partners results.

You can't get HIV when you use a condom because it is dead in air so whatever kind of leak you are worrying about can't infect.
What I am afraid is that while his protected penis was still inside my ***, the sperm may have leaked from the bottom of the condom. Could you advice on this?
Reread the advice because you must be too anxious to understand it.
