HIV blood drawn

I went and got tested by getting my blood drawn at my 12th week mark.   The next morning I woke up to a patch of these brown freckle looking spots on the back of my right hand.   I know nobody in the US reuses needles but I immediately thought by human error, could it be possible?  I showed my hand to a dermatologist but he was unsure what it was.   The test came back negative but now I have a fear.   Should get retested or am I thinking irrationally?     Also, is a 12 weeks test conclusive vs. 13 weeks?

US is a developed nation and quite advanced in medical field.
They strictly adhere to universal precautions. As such, no worries!

Thanks for the reply.

I do agree the brown spots have nothing to do with HIV.   I am concerned if the needle was the cause for these brown spots,  which would mean it was dirty.   Then who knows if HIV was in the needle.  I guess it's irrationally thinking but it's hard to accept when you're on this side of the forum asking.

Irrational thinking.

So what you saw some brown things...has nothing to do with HIV.
Test is conclusive
