HIV by eating food contaminated by hiv fresh blood by 4 year old

Can hiv transmit to 4 year child by eating cold food has fresh hiv blood by eating apple that has been cut by same knive that used by person after cutting his finger if he hiv positive ?

Last time you posted, we talked about what the risks for HIV are. That post should be something you can still read and refer to.  Nothing has changed since you were answered previously. But to make it easy for you, one more time, here are the ONLY risks for HIV transmission.  Having unprotected vaginal or anal sex (no condom penetrative intercourse) or sharing IV needles to INJECT drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  So, a child would not get HIV from blood on an apple are eating when the blood was used from a knife that also cut an hiv positive person.  Nope. NOT a risk. Air inactivates the virus.  and that is also a highly unlikely scenario.  If you suffer anxiety, is this something in your country you can talk to a doctor about getting help for?  But in terms of HIV, NO RISK.
