HIV contracting after 5 weeks

Hi.. im from india.. pls forgive me for long question..

I had unprotected sex with sexworker for about 45 seconds. I didnot ejaculated inside her. Gaining conscious about hiv i took it out.. but i found my precum in penis.

Next day i visited nearby clinic and took Andrlogy panel 1&2 which resulted negative for all test.

Doctor suggested Doxrid & Azivo for preventing STD.. reg Hiv he told its rare to catch in my case.

However i visited another Hiv expert on 3rd day. Due to my fear he suggested for PEP (TENVIR- EM & ZEPDON)..i started PEP @ 78 HRS.

During the same i found following symptoms

1. Mild loose stools (from 2nd day of PEP - 5th day after exposure)
2. Left groin pain last for 10 to 15 mins (13 th day after exposure )
3. Lack of sleep
4. Feeling fatigue (from 5th day after exposure)
5. Red spots on penis head (21st day after exposure) - disappered after 2 days by taking AF-150 tablets

After completing PEP i relieved from following:

1. Mild loose stools - stopped
2. Fatigue - gone away
3. Lack of sleep - getting good sleep no night sweats

As per doctor suggestion i took HIV TEST - CLIA METHOD  after 5 weeks of exposure(1 week after PEP Completion). Test result came negative.


Doctor told its conclusive..

Now im in 6th week ... i found still some uncomfort...

1. Red spots again started in my penis head (very mild and small to see with naked eye - on stretching i can able to see the red dots)- not itchy feeling

2. Random Throat pain- lasts for some hours and vanished.

3 . Mild bumps like Fordayce granules in my upper lips (not visible normally..during stretching lips only visible )

My questions are

1. Whether red spots on penile head is a symptom of hiv or std ?
2. Mild bumps on lips show am i contracting hiv ?
3. Since i was on PEP am i contracting hiv in delay ???

Feeling very stressed.. unable to focys on anything ..my family is longing for my love.... i feeling very much guilt for what i did... requesting you to suggest immediately ... i spending most of time in looking for these symptoms.. begging u to help me out .

You were advised here before that you have to wait 4 weeks after finishing PEP before testing, however your doctor said 1 week after finishing PEP the test is conclusive. You won't find anyone here who will agree with his claim, so all I can say is to test again 4 weeks post PEP for a conclusive result.
Your symptoms don't prove anything because they can't since you can get them from many other causes than just HIV, so there is nothing to do but wait until you can take the proper test. Try to relax for the next few weeks until you can get a test result. Good luck.
