I met a girl online , she gave me a handjob and we did nothing else . Before the handjob she was rubbing my dick over my pants. I didn’t notice blood . I didn’t see her touching herself before touching me . I did shave my private hair a day before this but didn’t notice any cuts. Is this risky
You had zero risk for HIV transmission. The only risks for hiv are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles to inject drugs. Those are the ONLY risks. Touching, rubbing, etc. --- NONE of that is a risk. Air inactivates the virus. You don't need to test or worry. Not risky.

Today is the 11th day after exposure. I’m suffering from fever, headache , and muscle aches. This is making me worried
Considering I said you had no risk, it is worry of your own imagination. You had no risk. Zero chance of getting hiv from your activity.
