HIV finger pick needle

Hi sorry for my English

I went to a pharmacy  for random blood sugar finger pick .But the med worker has used a new needle for doing test .

After the test happen I noticed that their is some blood was on the machine and it was dried is their any risk in this do I need to take HIV test here please advise

Here is what you need to know. You only get HIV from having unprotected vaginal sex or unprotected anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. That's it. AIR inactivates the virus. You seem to know this which makes me wonder if you have been here before. But your anxiety is not under control. You can not get HIV from a needle prick finger sugar test and running it through the machine. You don't need to test. You couldn't get HIV from this but you do need to speak to a professional about anxiety and ways to not allow it to spiral.

You're right. That IS going to make it worse. Researching, looking things up and asking for reassurance are all telltale signs of OCD and the compulsion part of the obsession. Being aware and letting yourself be uncomfortable while you do NOT do these things is how the thoughts go away. Seek help from a professional if it is too difficult. Anxiety is treatable.

Thanks for advise I went to professional today  he prescribed me tablets for anxiety and depression 1 month course hopefully I can beat this fear .

I won’t waste time on this reassurance and googling stuff .

hiv is dead in air so it doesn't hatter how much dead hiv is on the machine. Medical workers don't give people hiv so you don't have to worry when you get tested.

There is no test that will pick up dead hiv because dead hiv can't infect you.
