HIV from tattoo or anxiety

hello, 2 weeks ago i had my first tattoo and now im really worried i have hiv or hep, i do suffer from anxiety and ocd.
the place i had it done is a well established with a good reputation and has been open for years.
5 days after i had the tattoo done i started feeling a bit a ill and had diarrhea with painful belly.

when i arrived at the studio i had to wait 20 mins while the artist set up and when he called me into the room everything was laid out in front of me and i saw the new needle in the pack, new little pots of ink and new paper covering the bed but because the tattoo was on my back i didnt see him put the new needle in which as got my really worried.

my questions are

1) i have heard the hiv virus dies outside the body so if i had to wait 20 mins if they was any of the virus on the needle or pots ect could i get infected?

2) would five days be to early to get symptoms of hiv?

im planning on getting tested in 3 months anyway to put my mind at ease but im going away next month on my dream holiday which iv saved for years to take my family away and now im so worried about this that i really dont want to go, i just hope this is just me and my anxiety, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance

You can contract the HCV from getting a tattoo but not the HIV virus.

hiv is NOT transmitted through getting a tattoo.  NO ONE has ever contracted hiv from this.
