HIV help

Hi,

I had unprotected oral sex (penis to mouth) and protected sex with a sex worker around 3 months ago.

It was a stupid mistake, and I've been plagued with anxiety issues since then, it's dominated my mind and really effecting me.

Over the last few days I've had numerous mouth ulcers appear, and a lymph node on the left of my groin has swollen quite a bit. I also have headaches that come and go.

I had a test just over 2 weeks ago, before these symptoms appeared to help quell my mind, and as of yet I haven't heard anything back.

How worried should I be in regards to exposure? It's seriously brought me down.

Thank you for any help.

Hello,
Oral sex is not considered as a risk of HIV transmission.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care
