HIV infection and inflammation of feet and stiffness in knees

Hi there, two months ago I had protected sex with an escort twice. Within 20 days, I had unexplained swelling of bursitis on both my feet and stiffness in knees (i did have similar swelling in just 1 foot 6 months ago). I saw online that HIV can cause joint swelling and bursitis? Is that possible as I am very worried as my other rheumatological tests are normal except mild inflammation in body.

Thanks

It is natural to worry about other diseases when you get a new one like the bursitis, but fortunately it has nothing to do with hiv.

So you can relax from hiv fears and hopefully your doc can help you with the bursitis because it generally gets better.

Impossible.
You can't get hiv when you use a condom, therefore your ailments have nothing to do with hiv.
Disease doesn't follow a schedule, otherwise no one would get an ailment that they didn't have before. First step to peace is to stop googling for death cold turkey and stop trying to find hiv clues that can't exist.
