HIV possible from fingering with cut finger and full menstruation?

Had sex with a sex worker.  I fingered her , noticed she was fully menstruating so I stopped and only noticed a very small abrasion on finger an45 minutes later.
Cut/abrasion was not bleeding but if I squeezed it then I could notice a very small ***** discharge.
I became worried but decided I would not worry anymore until I got tested at 5 weeks.
But, at 5 days I noticed I had a very noticeable rash on my upper inner thighs next to my groin .  Very red and spotty .
And at 8 days I had suddenly started to have a chest infection with phlegm build-up and a sore throat and cough . And while I would not say I have a  flu , I do feel "under the weather" for sure.
It is at 9 days now.  And I'm getting that aching feeling u get when you feel like you're about to have the flu.

I should add also that I was also sucking on her breasts and noticed a sweet taste.  About 1 minute into doing that I noticed she was lactating .  This is also a source worry for me.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you
