As stated above, this isn't an HIV concern. HIV is only transmitted through sexual contact of unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing of IV drug needles. That is it. Oral sex does not transmit the virus because air and saliva inactivate it. So, all tests and any test you take no matter when would come back negative since you never had a risk in the first place. No reason to test again or worry about this situation.
You had no risk from oral sex. In an adult, the only sexual risk is unprotected anal or vaginal sex with someone who is HIV positive.
You did not have a risk, which is why your test was not necessary.
