HIV? rash

I had my first time having sex. It's been over one month since I had sex. The guy have had sex before but he gets a test after everytime he has sex. He said he is negative before we had sex. I have gotten a rash on my thighs. It's bumpy, red, and itchy. It keeps getting worse, but I feel like I had it before I had sex just nt as bad. I can't remember or not. We also had oral. One time we did it was unprotected but he never cum inside. He also thinks he never precumed either but u can't control that? So would you think this rash would show up this late after. I don't think I have any other symptoms. I feel hot but that's probably because its hot and stressing. I have been stressing a lot and having a lot of anxiety about everything. Please just help...cause I am 17 so I don't want my parents to find out and I don't know about going to a testing place.

You had a risk from unprotected sex.

Take a DUO test at 28 days, or an antibody test at 6-8 weeks.
