HIV results negative but reactive. Very confusing.

I had lab results come back from LabCorp and under Panel 083935 it reads:

HIV Screen 4th Generation wRfx - Reactive (Client Requested Flag See additional algorithm elsewhere in this report)
HIV 1 Ab - Negative
HIV 2 Ab - Negative
HIV 1 RNA Qualitative - Negative
Interpretation: Negative
Final Interpretation: HIV antibodies were not confirmed and HIV 1 RNA was not detected. No laboratory evidence of HIV 1 infection. Follow-up testing for HIV 2 should be performed if clinically indicated.

I'm confused because there is no additional algorithm in the report. My doctor said that the Reactive part means I am HIV positive and I need to get bloodwork done to see what kind I have in order to treat it. Yet, I don't see anything that says positive here. Any input would be appreciated as my doctor is heartless and I'm looking for another one.

Also I did Oraquick at 91 days and it was negative.

The final interpretation I feel indicates that there was initially a positive (possibly with the antigen portion of the test) but further testing indicated it was a false positive with a final interpretation of negative. I would actually call LabCorp to confirm, or take your result to another doctor.

Thanks. I will wait and see now what this next set of blood tests is going to show. Appreciate it. Just confused!

My last test was negative 2 years ago. Since then I had a girlfriend for over a year and had one encounter with a woman which involved unprotected oral sex on me (male). Thank you for replying to me.
Oral is not a risk. Was the gf ever tested?
Unfortunately I do not know
I don't know how to interpret your test results but someone else here will reply.
thank you for your opinion
