HIV risk/ vry anxious

Hello doctor,well im im a virgin homosexuel ,i engaged lately with a guy of unknown statue , hewassupposed to penetrate me thus he used a condom when hewas trying to enter me i was stressed so i let my sphincter contracted and with him pushing the condom broke and i felt pressure on my rectum he then immediatly pulled it off .Well i was reading on net about dipping and how it is a risk , is this dipping? im i at risk? should i get the test. ps : im a very hypochndriac

Only you can figure if this was penetration. HIV is not spread outside the human body so if he did not penetrate then the air effectively kills it. If you can't figure it out, then take a duo after 4 weeks or any other after 3 months.

well he was trying too but he told me that he couldnt enter me due to tension and there was no precum it lasted for few seconds
and if it was penetration i would absolutly feel it especially for the first time

i mean the tension that he pulled at sphincter is not risk ( my last question.)
The only sex risks are penetrating anal or vaginal with an uncovered penis. There is no detail that you can provide to make anything else a risk, so as I said before, no penetration=no risk=no disease.
