HIV risk? Acute HIV?

Hey there,

So 11 days ago I hooked up with someone that I met through a dating app, whose status I am not 100% sure of. When I say we hooked up, we made out, I gave him a rimjob and fingered him. There was also some frottage.

Fast forward five days later, I get this sore throat. The next day (so six days later), I take a nap when I get home and wake up to find myself with a fever slightly over 101 degrees, and sore over my body. I also seemed to sweat a bit.

I end up struggling to get sleep that night, and got four hours. After the four hours was done, however, I noticed my fever was gone, but I was still tired and achy all over my body, and noticed I had some pain in my nose/ears and chest. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a sinus infection.

The next day (so, 8 days after) I went to the hospital due to severe chest pain and with some pain in my upper body. The doctors diagnosed me with myocarditis, which is when an infection, usually a viral infection, spreads to your heart.

My biggest fear is HIV. While the fever and body aches are gone (it's been five days since the fever first came on), I still have some looser stools (I found blood in some today), and a lack of appetite ever since I left the hospital.

Can ARS potentially hit someone within less than a week after a potential exposure? Does this sound like ARS, potentially? Am I worrying over nothing? Let me know.

Thank you!

It looks like I forgot to mention this, but would it have mattered if he came before hand? He came in his underwear and then took them off before we did any sort of frottage.
