HIV risk Condom broke

Hi there!

I hope I can get clear answer or help for my concern.

I was having sex and suddenly the condom broke. I was not aware, it was just opened on the head of penis. I think I noticed after a minute.

Here, I was not in injection. I'm not sure about women. I washed it with water and again I continued with new Condom. After ejaculation, I washed it again.

We both don't have HIV. The woman is about 35 and I'm 25. We are concerned about pregnancy and HIV risk.

Please help us with the confusion.

Thanks!

A condom break is a risk for HIV.  You'll need to test at 28 days with a 4th generation HIV DUO test.  When did this occur?

When you say you both don't have HIV, how do you know?  But if you are sure neither of you have HIV, then you couldn't possibly give it to each other, right?
Thanks for your response!

Actually, when I say We don't have HIV, I mean, I asked the woman about it, she said I'm okay, I didnt have sex without the protection before (Yes could be lying-but its genuine answer from the woman-she said she won't unsafe things), whereas I did take test earlier like year ago. After longtime, I came across this situation again.
My report earlier, it was negative, and I got consultation as well.

I'm again researching because its the Worry which is making to think too much.

I'm not getting panic. Just trying to get proper guidance before taking next steps.

I hope my concern is clear.

Thanks!
Even *IF* she has HIV, your encounter was extremely low risk.  It's a waste of time to spend your days researching and worrying.  Most people wouldn't bother to test for such an encounter, but if you are concerned, just take a 4th or 5th generation test 28 days (or more) after the event to put your mind at rest.
Take Curfew's advice and stop wasting your time "researching" and spend it thinking about something else. I wouldn't even worry while waiting for the test because she has no reason to lie so you should give her the benefit of the doubt and forget about this until you can test.

HIV is dead in air, so washing dead virus would be a waste of time.
"We both don't have HIV." How do you know she doesn't have hiv?

You were already advised washing is a waste of time, so no need to mention that again, since the science can't change. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/I-had-sex-with-call-girl-and-condom-broke-suddenly-/show/3028041
