Whats my exposure?

Hello.
Few days ago I had sex with a guy I just met and he told me he tested negative sometime ago. We did protected anal (giving and little bit receiving) and most of the time unprotected oral and lots of grinding and jerking off. What would my exposure be?

Hi.  Unprotected oral, grinding, jerking off and protected anal are not how HIV is transmitted.  MedHelp adheres to the position of the CDC as well as the input of our expert physicians that HIV is only transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal sex, the sharing of needles, or from mother to child.  Therefore, you do not describe a risk for HIV.  If you would like to be tested due to your oral exposure, please do so.  It's a good idea for all sexually active adults to be routinely tested.  We wish you the best and are now closing this thread.

No risk. Protected anal is no risk of the condom did not break or slipped. And unprotected oral sex is considered a negligible risk (a theory but conditions are almost impossible to reproduce in real life; no serious case has ever been recorded). Unprotected oral though can transmit other STIs though (chlamydia, gonorrhea...), I would invite you to get tested for those. They are for most of them easily treated or controlled with medications.

I didn't notice any breakage at all and it was my first time I went with a guy. How long does it take for STI's symtpoms to appear? It might just be my anxiety because I am not much of a cruiser.
Some STIs do not show any symptoms, this is why testing is the only reliable way to test. Gonorrhea and chlamydia can be test 2-3 after the exposure and are tested with a simple urine test (make sure you do not pee during the 2 hours preceding the test). HIV can be tested at 4 to 6 weeks if you do a 4th generation test. Syphilis and hepatitis can take up to 3 months to be detectable.
i've  been having a headache and slight feeling like having a flu. do you think it just might be my anxiety?

Yes, it might be anxiety or another more common infection.
so last 2-3 days Ive been having slight sore throat, feeling of weakness and a slight stinging feeling on my penis. I am starting to really freak out, could this be symptoms of gonorrhea or chlamyida?
i could explain them as flu like symtpoms, i am really freaking out :(
the encounter I had was on wednesday and I started having a cold since friday.
