HIV risk

Hi,I had a encounter with a transgender sex worker couple hours, I didn't have intercourse with her. We kissed , neck and breast sucking , and perianal rupping, and hand job , two days later i had nasal and mouth ulcer maybe herpes one week later i have itchy rash on  trunk and feets ,Can thesea activities cause HIV , do i need to do HIV test or STD test. Thank you?

The ONLY risks or HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or to share IV needles to inject drugs.  You had no risk for HIV from kissing, breast and neck sucking or hand job.  Nothing you mention is a risk for HIV transmission. Air and saliva inactivate the virus.

Your symptoms are not related to HIV. You had no risk for HIV and therefore, they would not be related.
