HIV screening And Reliability

I am a male.I have approximately 50 sexual encounters with sexworkeres , though they are not brothal prostitues. They are paid girls.
My last encounter was on 23 rd NOV 2015.

Last one year from 10 march 2015 to 10 march 2016 I have done 5 HIV screening test ( 4 th generation test as told by provider Dr. Lal Path lab.) All came non reactive (-I've).
6 th September 2015 test says index as 0.01 ( Index :- 1.0 as reactive).

In my last encounter on 23 rd Nov. 2015 , I have seen that their is a flashy red bumps of size 1 inch at the mouth of vagina of sex worker .  She has done sucking on my penis for 15 seconds it was unprotected.  and protected (latex condom) vaginal sex.

So I have done HIV screening test (4 th generation on 9 jan .2016 , after 48 days ) test  
results are HIV 1 (non reactive) , HIV 2 (non reactive) .

Then on 10 march 2016 HIV screening test ( 4 th generation after 110 days or 3.5 months) it says:-
HIV 1/2 screening with p24 antigen  score 0.25 {non reactive}
( Index less then 1.0 non reactive and Index 1.0 and  higher as provisional positive).

Note:- I have taken 15 days antiviral treatment for possible hsv 1/2 after 48 days of last sexual encounter on 23 rd Nov 2015 as I have the problem of jock itch (fungal) on and around genitial. So scared. In last 6 months I am from 6 th September 2015 onwards , I am taking Neem ( Azadirachta Indica) and aloevera for possible STI . Does it can affect the HIV screening results after 48 days and 110 days .

Does I have to wait for one more HIV screening test after 6 months or I could marry and have sex with my spouse which is after 1 month from now on 12 April 2016. Eagarly waiting for expertise help.
My last three HIV screening results once again:-

On 6 th September 2015 :-
4th generation HIV screenings test with p24 antigen
Result:- HIV 1/2 antibody  :- 0.01 { index below 1.0 (non reactive,) index 1.0 or above (reactive)}

last encounter 23rd Nov 2015 , after 48 days 4 th generation HIV screening test
Result:- HIV 1 non reactive; HIV 2 non reactive.

On 10 march 2016 (after 110 days ,3.5 months)
HIV 1/2 antibody @ p24 antigen
Result:- index score 0.25 ( non reactive)
Index:- ( less then 1.0 , non reactive; 1.0 and above , provisional reactive)

Little bit anxiety that too much sex with risky group ,50 encounters does have any impact on future spouse sexual activities or it is only psychological aspect.

Oral sex carries no risk for HIV. Any negative 3 months after a risky exposure is conclusive.

risky exposure being, unprotected anal/vaginal intercourse or sharing syringes.

My concern was does medication like antiviral for HSV(herpes)  treatment
I have taken will affect the result.

Likewise some natural products like neem ( Azadirachte Indica) , Aloevera , and other antiviral consumption during window period has any impact on HIV screening.
