HIV symptoms?

Met a married guy. He sucked me with a condom on, then I penetrated him less than a min with the condom. He said he is clean.
After about 2 months, I had a cold with fever up to 98.6. Since then I started to feel tired in both legs everyday,  and a lymph node (?) on my left side of neck.   Are those HIV symptoms?
Got tested 25 days after exposure. Everything was negative. I know it was not conclusive for HIV. Was it conclusive for syphllis?
Should I take another HIV or syphllis test?

If the penetration was protected throughout, your risk never existed.

Thanks. So I don’t need to worry about HIV. How about syphllis? Do my symptoms sounds like syphllis?
I did STD test on 25th day after exposure, including syphllis. Was that negative conclusive? Thanks.

The only way to get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  That's really it.
