Testing after HIV post exposure prophylaxis

Hi, im a 25 year old South African male who recently had unprotected receptive intercourse with another male. My doctor at the time felt I was at risk so decided to put me on a prophylaxis for 4 weeks (commencing about 58 hours after the exposure). This was in January. After the prophylaxis ended, I tested negative at the end of February (rapid test). Im unfortunately not finding it easy time-wise to have another test, so I suppose my question is how accurate a rapid test result is after 4 weeks post exposure, and whether I still have cause for concern considering I was on a prophylaxis and tested negative. Thank you :)

3 months post your last dose of nPEP is when you can obtain a conclusive test result, "not 3 months post exposure as was stated by Alex 1200."
