HIV+ FROM INSERTIVE FELLATIO
I'm a 29 year old guy. I had sex with a CSW. The vaginal sex was protected and condom was intact as i checked it after we got done but the oral sex was unprotected. She was giving me a blow job. Unprotected insertive oral sex. The oral sex lasted for about 10 mins. Exactly after 14 days of this i got down with a sore throat and fever. 101 degree fever. I went to my GP and he prescribed me antibiotics & some other medicines, azithromycin 1000mg day 1, 1000mg day 2 and 500mg day 3. After starting with the antibiotics i got well the next day but still continued the antibiotics for the next day. Exactly after 3 days of completion of my antibiotic course i started having loose stools and dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, loss of appetite. I had lost around 4kgs in 1 week. My GP ordered a CBC test in which my WBC was only 4000. It's said that this is a sign of hiv infection. It almost took me 2 weeks to get back to normal. I am totally convinced that i am HIV+.
This cannot be a coincidence. Insertive oral got me hiv positive. I am scared to go and test because i know if i turn positive that would be the last day of my life. It has been almost 7 months after this incident. I haven't slept well, eaten well, i have lost all my friends as i don't wish to interact with anyone. All the time i am just searching and trying to convince myself that i am negative. Please please can you share your knowledge and tell me is this possible or may be all this was just a side effect of the antibiotic. Please help me. I want to live a normal life again. I beg i beg please throw some light and share your experience about what you feel. Please please please!
Your question has bee fully answered in this and your other threads by our members that this is not an HIV risk.

i had one more concern. My sore throat went away on wednesday and diarrhea and other problems started on monday, that is after 4 days. if this was ars then would it be possible that no symptoms for 4 days and then again symptoms?

NO ONE has ever gotten HIV from receiving oral sex, protected or unprotected. You will not be the first person in the world, in 40 years, to get infected this way. Yes, it can be coincidence - it IS a coincidence.
I don't know why you have low WBC, but it has nothing to do with HIV. It is not possible for you to be infected from any of the events you described.
