HIV test after 158 days, conclusive ?

I had a exposure on July 17, I tested four times after that, all are non-reactive. Finally i tested after 158 days (on 22 Dec) for HIV (CMIA), HCV, HBsAg, VDRL and all become non-reactive and negative. Is this conclusive or Do i need to test anymore ? I really thank this forum and experts for giving a good advice and suggestion. Thank you once again
