Okay, so you took a rapid test at 156 days.  That's past 3 months when they are conclusive so this test is accurate and you do not have HIV.  Great news.  You don't mention your exposure so will tell you that the only risks for HIV are unprotected/penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  If you had a risk at all, then you should now feel confident you don't have HIV with your negative test.

Is cmia and immunochromatographic both rapid test, what is the difference between them, I had done my test In a lab and the blood taken from my vein , and does it detect both types of antibody, read that there are two types of antibody, and wether the test that I have done is a screening or diagnosis test, and also what's the difference
what was your risk that you needed a test?
Oral sex
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( mouth which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.

GuitarR said the same thing, so you should move on and not spend any more time thinking about hiv tests, since they were not needed so were a waste of your time.

Oral sex was your risk.  The good news is that is not a risk for HIV.  Adults get HIV from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  You are not at risk from an activity of oral sex so do not need to worry.  You never needed to test in the first place and you certainly do not need to test again.  You don't have HIV>
