To be honest, I'm not sure why you are asking this question when you were already informed you had no risk for HIV. Let that sink in.  NO RISK. The only way adults get HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles.  Your exposure is not a risk at all.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So ANY test you take will be negative if you can not get HIV.  For common knowledge, all tests, including 3rd generation rapid tests are conclusive at 90 days.  Taking the test just shy of 90 days is better to wait but very unlikely to change if someone had an actual risk. YOU did not.  NO RISK.
how about my penis tip also in contact with her outer vagina ? and with her vaginal fluid ? is this also a no risk situation ?
I can see that you have a lot of anxiety.  A penis can not touch the outer vagina and get HIV.  Penetration must occur.  Penis inside the vagina and even when that happens, the risk is much less than 1 percent chance of transmission. Your event is not a risk for HIV.
even with her vaginal fluid ? hee vaginal fluid might enter my urethra right ?
No it can't enter because it can't move. And it is dead anyway so the worst that can happen is you rubbed dead virus so it wouldn't even matter if her vagina was bleeding and your penis had cuts - it is dead hiv.
so do I need to test for 90days ? just for reassurance and peace of mind ? or do you think the 83days is enough ?
Your purposeless questions are endless. Your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue at this point so see a therapist.
why just can’t you tell me that my 83 day test is enough or not ? and don’t look at the risk I have

Your question has been answered.  Without a risk, any test will be negative whenever you take it.  We wish you the best.
